World Record Holder & Olympic Champion Tianna Madison is now moving into the collegiate system at San Jose State Universityl. She feels strongly about athletes and working together to maximize performances. Madison explains her theories using her experiences from being a 2 time Olympian.
Madison has written a book, Survive & Advance, detailing the various challenges she went through off the track and how she's stronger now because of them. Students can relate to her given her experiences and how she transferred them to elite performances.

Chris Parno, has guided Minnesota State into a Division II powerhouse. The sprint/hurdle group has earned over 160 All-American certificates. Parno has won 14 National & Regional Coach of the Year titles. He's coached 13 individual champions. He is one of the Regional USATF Coaches Ed Coordinators and has been the Associate Head Coach at Minnesota State for 11 years.
